Wendy's - East Northport

I am not sure how often this page is reviewed or updated, but I wanted to inform the manager of this establishment that Benita, the cashier who assisted me last Wednesday, was truly outstanding! She was incredibly polite and professional, while also maintaining a warm relationship with both her colleagues and customers. The level of customer service provided by her was exceptional and deserves to be commended more frequently. Not only did she efficiently process my order, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was enjoyable. It is clear that this remarkable young woman is a valuable asset to your team. One of the customers even expressed their gratitude to her with a hug before leaving the restaurant. Benita, you deserve nothing but the best in life, and I have no doubt that great success awaits you in the future!

I visited the restaurant today and found it to be very clean with excellent customer service. Yamil is an exceptional host and I will definitely be returning soon.

I used to be a McDonald's fan until I tried Wendy's. I went there a few times with my friend Wendy and I was impressed. The fries were crispier, hotter, and had a better taste than McDonald's. The burgers at Wendy's were also hotter and had a great taste. I will definitely be visiting Wendy's more often now.

The ride through the line went fast and the food was hot and tasted like Wendy's food. Being quite busy during peak hours, but this is to be expected.

Used to come to work at this location from my own store to lend an extra hand. Nice people and fast service. Years later came in for Doordash order and it was ready in under 30 seconds. No complaints.
