Today, I went to the restaurant to buy some items using a gift card. When I inquired about the balance on the card, the staff was unable to provide an answer because they were unfamiliar with how to process the old card. (The manager mentioned that it was an old card) However, that response from the manager was not acceptable. They were unable to assist me at all, leaving me to wonder if I had lost the money on the card. It is crucial for businesses to know how to work with customers and find satisfactory solutions. The customer service at this restaurant was terrible and disappointing.

I received a gift card for this restaurant and went to use it to purchase items. It took me 40 minutes to try and use the gift card but no one knew how to process it. I ended up having to pay with cash and was told to come back later to see if someone could figure it out. When I returned a couple of months later to buy a sandwich, I encountered the same issue. It seems that the money on the gift card is essentially lost because Manager Tom doesn't know how to process it or provide a solution. The food was decent, but the service was lacking.

This restaurant offers a great selection of rare items that are hard to find elsewhere. The staff is very accommodating and attentive. You won't have to visit a large chain to find what you're looking for.
