Starbucks - East Mesa

I waited about 15 minutes to get a cold brew with almost no line. The cold brew is on tap too ?? honestly I was pissed. I had watched people pull up to the drive-thru and gotten their drinks on the other side within like 4 minutes. I will never walk into this store again. I will always instead do the super long drive through line that has almost no real direction and gets wrapped around the lot every time ?

All very friendly and helpful workers. Drinks are consistently good.

They got low scores on the people rating because the people are rude. I was using the restroom during my trip and one lady knocked on the door and asked if I was okay. I was changing for work and it was not busy so there was nobody that needed the bathroom. I opened the door and said yes. I am changing. I 'm almost done. I had looked at my phone before setting it down on the sink and I looked again after she had knocked. It had been 4 minutes. I thought that was strange. Then the door keypad could be heard and in walks another one not even 30 seconds later. She said I was just checking on you. What? She opened the door. I haven 't even hit a 5 minute marker...wow. so I said, yes I am fine. I am changing for work. Are you guys okay? Then I exited and went to grab my notebook and pen and drink because I was there getting breakfast and doing my homework and I looked over and one girl said, you can 't leave you phone there just charging. You can be with it but you can 't go outside and leave it here. First of all it was a power bank. For portable charging. I had my phone in the bathroom with me. Second, I was in the bathroom. So needless to say 1 of the 5 times I 've been there to do homework four outfits those five times have been with rude and wrongly assuming people. Not good because it is right by my daughter 's place and I go there after seeing her. My advice to them is to not be so judgemental. Don 't judge a book by its cover. Other than that they make good coffee. Never complained of their capability. But their manners though....

This location is usually not too busy. Friendly staff too!

I get a coffee, breakfast, and a pup cup every Saturday and Sunday at this location. The excellent staff goes above and beyond to ensure Max gets his pup cup.
