I walked in to pick up my pizza and this location was busy. Great for them, right? What I noticed was all employees on shift (roughly 8-10 people) weren’t wearing gloves while handling customers food and ingredients. I asked the cash register girl if they are instructed to wear gloves and she said no. I said that’s crazy and walked out. View all feedback.

Very poor service for school order. I never got the pizza so the rating is only for service.
Pizza dough completely undone, all the toppings fell completely off.. this is crazy
Refunded my money and said I need to pay cash. Sorry but when you refunded me you also lost your tip.
Papa John's is a sure bet for good pizza that will please the family. Delivery was fast pizza was good and hot.
