What james Herrmann doesn't like about Kwan's Sampan:
Service was great but the food was horrible. To much oil and tasted like fish. We had Mongolian beef. No beef taste to it swimming in oil. Got an upset stomach that lasted all night. View all feedback. What Alisha S likes about Kwan's Sampan:
Food was tasty and fairly priced. Egg foo young was delicious, Bo bo platter is tasty as well. Spicy mustard had awesome flavor! Dinner menu items are sharable sized. View all feedback.
