Jack In The Box - East Mesa

Fast service but tacos and small tacos had no flavor and were hard

Stopped at this Jack in the Box for some tacos. It was the first place I came to today and im glad i did. The customer service here was upto par! The workers were curteous up beat and also generous with the ranch, salsa and hot sauce. I ordered 24 tacos and 3 drinks to share. My order was done in under 10 minutes and tasted great also wasn't overly greasy. The atmosphere was very nice. Very calm even with all the customers that were inside and dinging in the drive-thru it was also comfortably cool inside, which I was so thankful for since it was 110 today. I'm so happy I was asked by this lovely family if they could be in the pictures I was going to post.

Just went there ordered 6 tacos they turned out uncooked, went back to replace them gut working ensured me they're cook well this time. Get back and Nope still 6 soggy undercooked tacos. Tried calling to let them know something isn't right maybe the frier? No answer on the phone. Wowzers

We got a jumbo jacks and our buns were dry and hard. It's as if it had been sitting out and not covered. Besides that, the service was quick, and the restaurant was clean. The sandwich wasn't bad. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were fresh and covered the meat patty.

Every time I come to any location the receipts are always blurry how can I scan the points in the app it's bull because i spend lots of money and iit's so expensive. And when I ask for another receipt they always say the machine it's broken laughing
