It 's pizza hut I review for what it is, service and quality. I 've worked at a different location for 7 years. Here they 're nice, speedy, make up for their mistakes.They do have a service fee here , doesn 't make sense to me , but it 's to battle the min. Wage, it 's not the managers fault, it 's the owners fault. So don 't get mad at the employees. View all feedback.

Pizza Hut on Cesar Chavez in East LA, it looks more like a bunker than Pizza Hut franchise, customer service nonexistent, poor customer service, not friendly at all, I can't tell if the inside is clean or dirty, on top of overpriced pizza they charged $6 dollars for doing business in California, I found that pathetic, I order thin crust pizza it was cooked so hard I'm glad I don't have dentures, classic chicken wings... Honestly, Pizza Hut is overea it isn't worth it.
Horrible horrible service. Please avoid at all cost order from their competitor instead any will be better than them. Order through the Pizza Hut website and was waiting for my order. my delivery driver arrived to pickup and waited for an hour before they notified him there was no order for me. I called and Daniel answered he said they canceled my order. However I was never notified even though he stated to have called me. Never received any calls and if the had canceled why would my driver have been there. Stated I wanted to speak to a supervisor or manager but he no one was there until tomorrow. Will be calling Jerry the manager tomorrow. Again he satated they called twice told him I can pull out my phone records and show no calls were made and my order was still shown on the website. I had a past experience similar to this few years ago gave it a try again but again reinforced the reasons in why not to order from here. Worst customer service. I will be contacting higher up as I have read it is common for them to give their customers horrible service.
Love this place but the people who work here are mean very satisfied pizza they fall short on there
They have terrible staff and the service is terrible, they treat you as if they gave you things for free. I recommend that you look for another place.
Took a while to get someone to come to assist me with my online order. Buzzed the buzzer they have to notify them someone is there but took several minutes for someone to come
