The food at this restaurant is fantastic. Every dish we tried was perfectly balanced. I ordered the Lomo Saltado with an added egg and some platanos for the table. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. We will definitely be returning for the salchipapas. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Las Brasas Peruvian Fusion:
This is the worst Peruvian food I have ever purchased. The meat in the Lomo Saltado bowl did not resemble traditional Milanesa, it was poorly cut and appeared to be cooked in water then shredded. The food was dry and lacked flavor. The noodle dish with meat, shrimp, and chicken had thick noodles that seemed low quality, with only a couple shrimp and a lack of chicken. Great customer service. I chased a pollo saltado. when I opened the dish food, it smells delicious, but at tasting, it lacks taste. it did not have this explosion of aromen that I was used by other Peruvian restaurants. the food was bland, but the aji verde (salsa) made it better. the aji has a kick, so if you don't like, you could try a small amount first.

Hair in my food! Long nasty hair and tried to tell the waitress she wouldn't change my plates! Very Horrible Place to order food from. The food had no taste whatsoever and the chicken was old. Customer service was also horrible. They messed up our order and wasn't clear on the phone prior to ordering. The stupid waitress was ghetto and very unhelpful. Getting stuck with nasty food and it wasn't cheap!!!!!!!!!!!
Great food and service. Love the plexiglass dividers between the tables.Got the sampler plate and it was delicious with a lot of variety of meats.
