I haven’t been here but I plan to come here one day. This address used to be Brooklyn Avenue and this is the last residence of my grandfather John Romero he died June 20, 1960. Think this was his house cause it’s the same address they just change the street name to Cesar Chavez. I would like to show the owner, my grandfather’s death certificate, and the address that is on there, 3630 Brooklyn Ave., Los Angeles View all feedback.
What Cortez doesn't like about La Que Si Llena Familiar:
This last time i visit this place i order caldo de res. Usually its good and they serve very well. This time i guess because it was about 6pm or they must of not had enough that i got a piece of meat and the other piece was fat. The caldo did not have taste. It seemed like it was water down with couple of veggies. View all feedback.

Went in for dinner tonight I ordered tacos dorados with rice and beans husband had torta de Carne asada. Food was lacking any flavor, seasoning, salt something very bland beef was very old and hard rice was oily and hard no flavor whatsoever luckily the portions were small. My favorite taco de papa was lacking as well no flavor and barely any potato. The beans and salsa were good and the tacos were crunchy. My husband's torta was very small meat was bland and over cooked. Yes I've been a long time customer and no I wasn't sent by the previous owner as the replies on some of the reviews have stated. The recipe may be the same but the sason the Mano is not the same at all. My husband and I gave this three tries since the change and spaced the times to see if mayb it would improve but it seems to be getting worse. Thank goodness the ex husband still has his spot.
I don’t know if they changed owners because the food is not the same. I ordered today 3 plates. Mole, chile verde, and enchiladas. The mole and chile verde were watered down. Tortillas were thicker and sweaty. Rice was dry and old. To be honest the ladies that worked there before didn’t have the best customer service, however food was always great. I’ve been going to la que si llena for over a decade. I used to live on gage ave. This was my go to place for authentic Mexican food.

Small hidden gem. The service was amazing. I got 3 tacos, and my daughter got a caldo de camarones. Good reasonable prices. Everything was so delicious. You won't regret coming here. We will be coming back.
