Friendly's - East Longmeadow

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent - the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking, which is why I cannot give it a 5-star rating.

I find it disappointing that we are not permitted to tip on To Go orders. In some cases, that may be the only source of income for the staff.

My grandson enjoys the friendly atmosphere at this restaurant! We come here often and everything is always fantastic. I do feel sorry for the staff at times because the delivery drivers can be aggressive and impolite, but the workers always handle them with grace.

I have always had a good experience here. I placed a takeout order on my phone. My daughter really enjoys the smash burger. When I arrived, my order was ready, but I had to ask for it because the employees were not addressing the customers at the door. They seemed a bit short-staffed.

I would give this restaurant five stars once they bring back the Wattamelon Roll. The staff was fantastic, very helpful, and even whipped up a custom orange cream shake for me.
