Nice pizza place. Always has a special the fit the budget. Thick or thin base pizza it's always filling. 15 to 20 minutes wait is not that long,but if you call and collect it makes a big difference in waiting time. Will be back there again... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Roman's Pizza Cambridge East London:
Waited 30 minutes for my 4 large pizzas. I had to ask them if my pizza was ready! They stood talking instead of asking my number. I asked them to heat up the pizza, they took it back kept it and didn't heat it and still got the incorrect order. The manager had the nerve to cover for his staff.. Pathetic To the manager this is not good customer service View all feedback.
I ordered two pizzas and a Coke, but I only received one pizza that had spoiled avocado pieces on it. I don't believe this represents good service from Roman's Pizza.
The pizza was amazing, but I had called in my order in advance to avoid waiting when I arrived. Unfortunately, the woman misunderstood my order, and I had to wait for it to be corrected. Oh well!
The delivery fees were quite high, and the pizza didn’t meet my expectations. I received a call from the manager who made some promises, but unfortunately, they were not honored. Overall, I was left very disappointed with the service.
Fantastic pizza place! They consistently offer specials that suit any budget. Whether you like thick or thin crust, their pizzas are always delicious. The 15 to 20-minute wait is reasonable, but calling ahead for pickup really minimizes the wait. I will definitely be coming back!
I highly recommend this restaurant. They truly deliver on quality. The flavors were exceptional, and the customer service was top-notch. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
