Went late night. It was very busy. Had to wait about 10 minutes to get my order but that is normal on a busy night in London, United Kingdom. Overall the service was good. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's Oxford Road Drive-thru:
my family and myself stopped at this establishment on the evening of 03/04/23 based on the BIG 24hrs sign and upon exiting our vehicle we were approached by the security to state that the fast food franchise was closed, despite the fact that it has a big 24hrs sign right below the McDonalds sign (FALSE ADVERTISING), apparently that 24hrs is only affective on Fridays and Saturdays (as per the security guard), NOWHERE... Place looks tiref and run down. Not a pleasant ecperience. Service was not the best and meals ad per the menu not available. Had to ask for salt and ketchup which wad reluctantly provided.
U will wait for your order before 5 other people and they will get theirs first and even if u ordered a small meal but if it's chicken u will wait the beef gets served quick.... I just think they must be fair and serve equally and according the numeric order why is 337 getting an order before 129
The place us lovely, service is good, it is situated on a beautiful sport but maybe they should also accommodate an elderly people as well, it is not easy for old age to walk up stairs, they should have ground place as well, if there is one then please do ignore the second of old ages,other than that, the okace is cool
DRIVE THROUGH Took 45 minutes to place and receive the order. This is not a fast food restaurant!!! The weakest coffee ever!!! Don't they have standards??? One sachet of tomato sauce amongst two people, and no salt!!
Convenient, right in the main road Struggles when it's late with more traffic, needs added staff during peak hours
