I could give zero stars when I was able to screw up an order beyond the belief and a bearier man stayed out of smoke, while in tune for over 30 minutes and then shaker machine is down they were served from several items not sure as it remains in business and then dame in the window was extremely rude and says we were ready to close it.30 and

This is the absolute worst Arby's ever. They often are not open during their regular business hours. They often do not have products such as sides like jalapeno poppers, chicken nuggets, cheese sticks, even fries and drinks are a gamble. When they do screw up your order you can't get a hold of anyone on the phone to report it to. They are under staffed and cant open the dining room due to it. I'm sorry but a Billion dollar company such as this should be able to pay living wages so they can get people to work there. $10 an hour is not a living wage. It wasn't a living wage in 2010 it is less so in 2021. I do like Arby's food and in Calcutta there are limited places to eat, Arby's has got to start doing better. They should be embarrassed and ashamed to represent the Arby's name.

Ordered 2 Reuben Sandwiches. Line moved very fast. Got my meal in the drive thru in about 3 to 5 minutes. Employees were very polite.

Food was good and hot. Used the drive thru so I can't rate the inside. Staff was friendly.

It would be 5 stars but 8 out of 10 times they are closed and I haven't seen the inside open for sit-down in such a long time.its just drìve throu. And they must need workers cause I only see 2 people in there when I do catch them open. The food is ok nuked and is either way to hot or still cold.
