What loasbys doesn't like about The Crown Inn:
Staff couldn't read the menu properly, didn't know what food went with what, frozen cheap veg,Kids running behind the bar complete and utter mayhem. This should be renamed The Titanic because it certainly sank on our maiden voyage, Give it a miss, over priced ,rubbish quality, nasty food, View all feedback.
We called in on a Wednesday evening for tea only to be told no food until Friday! Despite the advertising outside and it being late June.
We had a Sunday lunch meal booked by our friends and it was cancelled Saturday the rather expensive seafood van supplied our table for Sunday! sad was looking forward to it!
First rate pub grub with a varied menu. Excellent friendly and helpful service. Good seating outside, and good value for money.
We visited the crown Sunday evening ordered a pizza and chips delicious highly recommend pizza perfect delicious
Took my family of 15 in there and when we walked in were told there’s another pub in the village! So walked out! Extremely rude as we were willing to spend a lot of money in there! So there loss! We did goto the other pub The New Inn, where they were more than welcoming and friendly staff! All enjoyed the meal! Would not recommend going to The crown as it’s very clicky and unwelcoming!
