Mcdonald's - East Lindsey

I recently visited McDonald's in Skegness and was disappointed to find that they were turning people away due to a high volume of orders. We had to stand outside, order on the app, show the staff at the door, and were then allowed in (even though the restaurant was only half full). I have never experienced anything like this before and it has made me reconsider going back. McDonald's, please build a larger and more efficient location in Skegness. I'm sure you can afford it.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. It took over 30 minutes to be served, and the whole operation seemed poorly organised and managed. The chain needs to seriously address these issues. Additionally, the toilets were disgusting.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and half of the food was missing, while the rest was stone cold. I have been unable to reach them by phone to complain no matter how hard I try.

Put in an order for delivery at 01.25 they accepted my order took my money. However they kept pushing the delivery time back until at 02.55 they cancelled my order. Not good enough McDonald's Skegness! Now I have to wait for a refund which will take 5 10 days why cannot it go back to my account instantly? They are quick enough to take your money but not give it back. For a store that is supposed to have 24hr service this is disgraceful

Absolutely terrible. Wish I could give 0 stars. Every time we go food is cold , drinks are flat and staff are rude. We always leave it and never say anything but now it’s just getting ridiculous. Don’t use this McDonald’s
