Called in here today a Louth market day and trying out places not previously visited. Lovely cafetiere for one at £2.50, they sell a selection of home made scones and rock cakes, as well as Taylors loose leaf tea, and roast and ground coffee beans. Only tiny but well laid out with small wooden tables, nicely presented with china cups saucers. View all feedback.

We called into this small cafe Louth has become the centre of fish and chip land these days and fast food This cafe is different to that, but the tea was scalding hot and not that tasty and the sandwiches although quite expensive were tiny would not go again View all feedback.
I like to pop into her when visiting Louth. Homemade Cakes and Scones. They do nice Coffee and Sandwiches too.
Great find. Super scones and tea. Good service too. Real find. Very small but worth looking for. No more to say.
I think the title says it all. Only a small place but the coffee, cakes and scones are really great, definitely try the Fat Babbit. Will be going back next time we're in Louth.
My sister and I came across Babbits by accident a very unpretencious little bakery and coffee shop that serves the most delicious coffee and the best scones we have ever eaten. We left after buying plenty of scones to freeze for later and bread their small tin organic wholemeal loaf is also the best I have had in a long, long time. We both live in York and have the famous Bettys on our doorstep I wish we had a Babbits!
Stopped by for tea and cake with my daughter, they have a lovely tea called China Rose that is taken black and has absolutely no bitter tast to it at all. We also had a slice of lemon cake that was moist and lemony, just as it should be
