It was definitely NOT a pleasing experience. Only 1 server in the whole restaurant and it was not his fault. Took 15 minutes for drinks to be given and forever for food to arrive (1 cook too??? . Ribs were good but fries were cold, hard and did not eat them and the coleslaw was just plain inedible. View all feedback.
Service was great impossible burger always consistent
Mason, the server ordered me like my food. he really gets the job. server of the year award goes to my man mason. recommend this guy, he's the real deal. if I had a mason in any restaurant, it would be like I'd win the lotterie. this man is highly recommended on fire.
Went into for a quick bite and had the sweetest and most attentive server of all time. She made sure that my whole food was right, which was really important to me because of my allergies. she ensured that my drink was full, very funny and had the coolest coraline tattoo. applebees please accept kenzie for their fantastic service. will we come back here?
Kenzie was amazing, she has consistently reviewed us. very hesitant. also loved her tattoos. She loved her!
My husband and I sat at the bar and was served by McKenna, who did an amazing job! She took our order without even writing a thing down and didn't miss a thing. Much appreciated after showing up the night before to eat only to find the doors locked 23 minutes before closing hour listed. We will be back because of McKenna alone, fantastic service and food!
