We visited one lunchtime for a quick drink. Having known this pub as The Wine Lodge previously, it was a nice surprise to see the great décor, good gin selection and cocktail list. The bar was, fairly empty but was very early afternoon. Good addition to the Ware pub scene. Will revisit. View all feedback.

Popped in here during happy hour on Saturday and it was not very busy which was just as well as the bar itself is quite small so I can imagine having to wait for ages on a busy night. The Pina Colada was average so even at 2 for £8 up until 7pm I doubt if I would return. Absolutely gorgeous Best pornstar martinis in 50 mile radius. Service by staff is polite and efficient. Lovely location Great atmosphere
Refused to let us in said it was too late but let others in then called the police totally racist behaviour
The cocktails at this restaurant are subpar and overpriced, made with low-quality alcohol. The bar staff is also lacking in skill. I would rather not comment on the food. Overall, it appears that this establishment prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and employee welfare. I do not plan on returning.
I went to the restaurant on Saturday and was very impressed with the high-quality cocktails served. The happy hour from 5-7 was a great deal. The staff were hardworking and attentive to detail when making the cocktails. We were fortunate to secure a table outside on the lovely Saturday evening.
