We had two different tastes of the ribs on Saturday. overall, eating was quite good. had a young girl than our waitress who could use a little more trust and experience. I didn't have the buffet, but I looked over it. I don't think I'd try that, but would definitely be back for the menu elements. my wife even liked it and this is a great compliment. about all a good experience and we will be back. the days from to Mon/tue and on Sunday.

The pulled pork sandwich was okay, but definitiv not worth the $11 price tag. lunch for 2 was $23. the parts were not big and it is too expensive for me.

We went to Platz for dinner on 9/8/15, but unfortunately it was closed. There was a sign on the door stating that the restaurant was out of business due to illness. My wife mentioned that a sign had been put up two days earlier.

On Saturday, we tried two different flavors of ribs at this restaurant. The overall food quality was quite good. Our waitress, a young girl, seemed to lack confidence and experience. Although I didn't opt for the buffet, I did take a look at it and decided it wasn't for me. However, I would definitely return for items off the menu. My wife also enjoyed the meal, which is a big compliment coming from her. In general, we had a positive experience and plan to return. It may be helpful if the restaurant changes its days off to Monday and Tuesday, and stays open on Sundays.
