Wendy's - East Hazel Crest

I received extremely disappointing service at this restaurant. I complained to the worker about the frosty I was served, which had spilled more on the outside of the cup than inside. The spoon provided also had frosty on it. When I asked for a new spoon, the worker rudely snatched it out of my hand. After speaking with the manager, their response to the worker was simply to "be nice". Due to the consistently poor service, I do not frequent this establishment often and will be looking for another location to dine at. The service I received on this occasion was rated 4 out of 15 on a scale of 1 to 10. This occurred between 4:00 pm.

Wendy's is average and somewhat run-down, but the staff are friendly.
