The customer service is horrible!! No I'm not leaving a tip. The food is not mediocre, at all. It's just bland and over priced,there is a lack of love in the food as well as the absence of seasoning and flavor. The drinks are lacking alcoholic even in ordering the top shelf long island! Ashley was my server, again, horrible service. I won't recommend this place for dining. However, there atmosphere is absolutely stunning.. so it's quite a disappointing for the restaurant aspect to fall so short of it's presentation. I'm a chef looking to open my own One day, and I would like for my restaurant to look like this one but operate way better. Update, the replacement wings brought out were still raw. Absolutely one of the worst restaurants I've ever attempted to eat from. I didn't eat anything..I just gave $50 for the time and effort and left. I have been here before about 2-3 years ago and everything was great when it was newer. The vibe is still nice and I like that they create a nice space in the community. The food I got for takeout was polar opposite to the experience I had before. My pancakes were overcooked, my egg was busted, and the food was cold. When I called, the lady said they would give me a call as soon as the food was ready, I guess they forgot, I called back to check and she said just come now food being cold was not cool. If you forgot you should have remade it. I paid over 85 dollars for overcooked, cold, and not enough food. They used to give you more, it seems like lately you pay more for less. STAY AWAY!!!!This is my 2nd horrible experience with Flavors. Unfortunate trying to give a black Owned Establishment business, twice now my family and I was treated rudely, food was less than subpar (wasn’t like that a few years back when they first got over here) and overall HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I regret sending a family member there today for a “first date” and they had a horrible experience as well! We will not be back nor will I ever suggest this restaurant to anyone else!!!!
