Extremely poor food quality and even worse customer service. I spoke with the owner multiple times and was assured that I would receive what was requested. Spent over a $100 for a vital offsite tasting and this bakery had the nerve to package curdled cream and stale cake for alll the various flavors. Not willing to accommodate the customer at all. On June 28th, JCakes provided my wedding cake. We had golden layer vanilla cake with a mixed berry filling and buttercream frosting. It was phenomenal. So many guests told my husband and I that it was the best cake they have ever had the cake literally melted in your mouth! I highly recommend JCakes!
Best cupcakes around, they're seriously incredible. Try the OMG or the caramel latte cupcakes, amazing!!
JCakes did a fantastic job on our wedding cake. During the tasting they had a variety of options and we really got to pick exactly what we wanted. The outside was beautifully decorated, and the inside was delicious. We would absolutely recommend them to others!
These cupcakes are phenomenal. We got married yesterday at the Barns in Middletown. But our interactions with Jcakes started at our tasting. They had a table there and made a custom sample for my fiance and I. The cupcakes were delicious and thoughtful. I couldn't ask for a better cake experience!! Would definitely visit when back in town for special occasions in the future. The funfetti and the cannoli are our personal favorites. All the best, The Markers
We ordered a 1st birthday cake a little closer to the party than we would like, but J Cakes worked with me to design something beautiful and delicious. It was exactly as I envisioned and tasted amazing. I got so many compliments at the party. I would work with them again in heart beat.
