FAQ
Feedback
I had a disappointing first experience at this hotpot restaurant. When I inquired about some items on the menu, our waiter simply said they didn’t know, and that was the end of the discussion. The service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was rarely busy during our visit. Additionally, the bathrooms were quite unclean. You can't flush toilet paper, so you have to throw it in the trash can, which I find very unsanitary—especially since the trash can was overflowing with used paper when I went in. To make matters worse, many of the menu items we wanted were unavailable.
The food was ok. The prices are just way too high compared to their better competitors. The menu clearly says Lunch Special 14.99 , but somehow depending on who you are, they do NOT honor it. They made us pay a price that appeared to be written on masking tape in the menu. The dining experience was ok, not good not bad just ok. We got almost little to no attention while cooking our own food. The biggest issue was the when the check came. She was extremely adamant telling my husband what her tip should be. He wrote down a fair amount. He argued that was fair. As we were walking out, she changed the tip on the receipt. I wish she didn 't do that. We were planning on coming back and now we won 't. If she 's reading this, was that $5 difference in tip really worth losing customers?? We will dispute the charges.
