Saigon Pho Ii Inc

I ordered the Rare Beef Rice Noodle Soup, Pho Tai, and an order of Fried Spring Rolls, Cha Gio. The soup was a bit bland for my liking, and the spring rolls were slightly thinner than I expected. Overall, it was just okay. The pictures were a little misleading; next time I’ll remember that the rare beef only comes with rare beef and not with tripe.

The broth was excellent, and the noodles complemented it perfectly. My only issue was that the meat wasn't sliced thin enough, making it somewhat chewy.

This is our favorite local pho spot. Everything we've tried has been delicious, including the pho, banh mi, pork chop, and spring rolls.

Always delicious. Recommend the vermicelli w beef rolls and beef tendon pho.
