This place is hands down the best Chinese foods around. Before I found Po's, I had abandoned eating Chinese food because I couldn't tolerate how thirsty it made me and how terrible my stomach felt after eating... after several recommendations to Po's, we were regular weekly. When you enter this facility, you are immediately welcomed by very friendly staff. Reservations are recommended as they have a smaller seat. I enjoyed the atmosphere very much while it was quiet and not so busy. They took my taste buds for a ride on their appetizers and desserts, but they lost my joy on a few of their main dishes based on meat to portion size (next meat, only vegetables) and overall taste (only Pai T... We have only ordered takeout from this bistro, but the interior is charming. The staff are all attentive and the patio area is lovely, although it may soon be closed for the season. The food at Po's is worth a visit on its own. If you're looking for a cute place to take your significant other for a meal, this seems like a great spot. The scallion pancake appetizer is amazing. We decided to revisit Po's for another meal and we had a delightful experience! We ordered scallion pancakes, crab Rangoon, and chicken satay, all of which were delicious. For our main dishes, we tried the mushroom special and the beef drunken noodles, both of which were flavorful and satisfying. The service was excellent, with our waitress being attentive and friendly. The young man who assisted us with dessert options was also helpful and charming. Overall, our experience at the restaurant was wonderful and everyone left satisfied and content. We are glad we gave Po's another chance and will definitely be returning in the future.
A shining gem in the heart of the city, this restaurant is excellent in both food quality and atmosphere. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all with a perfect score of 5.
We love Po's and try to come every time we are in town. Usually we have a great experience. Food was great and the wait staff seemed overburdened. The table we were assigned to was outside near the rooftop kitchen exhaust vent. It was loud and droning, And I hate to say it, but there was something like a sewage smell that occasionally wafted past us (enough for six people at the table to start looking at each other, WHAT is THAT). Just sit further away from kitchen door or inside and all will be well.
