The hotel advertised as providing top-tier luxury and hospitality, but in reality, it fell short of expectations. The triple room was neither comfortable nor elegant, the service was poor, and the high nightly rate of over 2k was outrageous. I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is under new management and they are doing a great job! The staff very accommodating and friendly. They are also very dog friendly a must for us. Everything was terrific from the Continental breakfast complete with fresh berries and Goldbergs bagels that were often warm when they arrived, to the bikes and beach umbrellas and chairs. we also loved sitting on the front lawn watching the world go by having coffee, reading the papers or having a cocktail.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in the Hamptons. The rooms do not resemble what is shown online at all. I felt deceived. The room was extremely small and my luggage barely fit. There was a lot of noise coming from downstairs until late at night, making it seem like the noise was coming from inside the room. The air conditioning hardly worked and the rooms were uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to sleep. This experience has prompted me to write a review for the first time. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
