Carissa's The Bakery

After several reports seen here, I have to report that I had the worst experience of my life in this place, an employee came out taking our food off the table saying that we could not stay there (I felt very humiliated and that I was stealing something) she was totally accelerated and dropped our coffees on the floor causing even more discomfort for everyone around saw her taking us out of the restaurant as if we were thiefs! I'm sorry to say that it was the worst place I've ever been and after that she said she was going to reimburse us the amount (which would be the minimum) and removed us from the restaurant. Humiliating and horrible experience.

We had come here to try some of the baked goods that we had heard a lot about however we were very disappointed with the outcome. We were being served by a very pleasant young girl when we were rudely interrupted by an older woman, I think she may be the owner/manager as she had no uniform and hair was flying everywhere. She was very pushy and tried to serve us again when we were already being helped. She then used her bare hands to touch the pastries, very unhygienic, and seemed to have an issue with the bags used to pack the pastries when we had asked for them to be packed like that. I felt bad for the server after who was given out to because of it. Reading back on previous reviews, they don’t seem to take feedback very seriously and it shows. It seems like this woman is the main cause of many issues. Won’t be back here again.

Great atmosphere and amazing tasty pistachio croissant! Will definitely visit again for the breakfast! Thank you!
