Always a warm welcome here in red lions in chalton deep in the hampshire landscape. the restaurant offers a stunning, uninterupted view that looks beyond the nearby valley in the twee becauseer of chalton. with a spacious, well-designed parking space and easy access is a beer garden on 2 floors with a well-designed bar and restaurant and cute little sleepers designed for every taste. the menu is varied, good value and the service of the staff accompanies it with its excellent content and quality of the meals. Add a well-stocked bar of real ales and fine wine, and they have the perfect location to enjoy one of their lush traditional roasts on a Sunday dinner or while they care the world in the garden with a beer on summer night.

Here for Sunday dinner after an 8-mile spa along the South Downs! absolutely **** amazing! I have no idea what they did with the oil and balsamic vinegar with the foccacia, but it was the best I ever had. then we had a bark roast and a chicken roast and everything was cooked to perfection, it was so delicious! the chocolate brew was devine! somehow everything I ate was beautiful! the personal was friendly and welcoming. I will be back in any case!

Food excellent. Had to wait 40 minutes for it to arrive but to be expected on Easter Sunday. The walk afterwards was welcomed too. Easy access from the pub across to the Church grounds and into vast network of fields. A nice day
