Great little shop coping well in these times, clean presentable and a great range of items from bread, cakes , hot food made up rolls, rolls made to order and coffees.Their big breakfasts rolls of bacon, sausages and hash browns are out of this world

I am a frequent customer at the Loaf, and love its bread and other products of theirs.We recently spent a short holiday at Cornwall and bought one of their famous pasties from what was described as the World's best pasties a great claim to quality. It was all right, but the pasties at The Load certainly beat them and so in my view an award is very appropriate. Thanks to all the staff and particularly the counter staff who I think have been admirable during this difficult period.

I'm not normally one to write reviews but given the tasty food and excellent service I always receive at Loaf I'm making an exception! The staff are always friendly and knowledgable on the excellent selection of bread. The quality of food is second to none and it's well priced too.

A painfully disappointing experience. This is not due to the staff, they were delightful. HOWEVER I feel as though the bakery itself has changed drastically in the last year, and not in a positive way. The sandwiches used to be made in front of the customer, which gave a wonderfully organic feel to the service. Now they are all prepackaged in combinations that don't best please me, rather bleak. Not to mention a sandwich was wrongly labelled vegan when, in fact, it was not: how depressing. I disdain the new clinical feel to the shop, it's a shame that something once so great is now dreadfully sub par... I will not be returning.
