Beatons Tearooms Petersfield

We discovered this hidden gem! We brought my 12-year-old daughter and her best friend here for a birthday celebration. The staff was incredible, they even put a candle in a brownie and sang to her! The food was fantastic. Two of us ordered the roasted carrots and two had sandwiches. We all indulged in delicious cake for dessert. The atmosphere was also lovely. We will definitely be returning.

I recently visited Petersfield and decided to have lunch at Beatons with my friend and her mother. We had a lovely experience and highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the concept of being able to browse and buy from a selection of interesting and unique books while enjoying our meal. It was also great to see that they occasionally host book signings with authors. We all agreed that we would definitely return in the future.

I was at the weekend in petersfield to visit friends and came here to brunch. eating was absolutely fantastic, it came immediately and with great service. the variety of tees and coffees was a highlight and we have been back since the afternoon tee! would not hesitate to recommend friends and family.

A beautiful sound. very stylish little tearoom. I had a croque monsieur, which served very tasty with a little salad. speciality tee. all very well done. beautifully decorated and jazz playing in the background. very polite service. recommend

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant and it was a delightful experience. The prices were reasonable and I enjoyed a fantastic breakfast, especially the perfectly boiled eggs.
