What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Rating based on the service: the barista Mackenzie did not take my name, did not scan my longos card, did not provide a receipt. The customer service was inconsistent. I observed as she offered different people different service. She asked some ppl for their names, others she asked if they had a Starbucks rewards card. I'm not sure if she felt rushed?
