What Leah Williams doesn't like about Freshii:
The WORST location. The staff do no care and they do not ever answer the phone for orders. This is the SECOND time I added cilantro to a salad and even though I paid for it, they did not put any on. Also, if your produce has gone bad (tomatoes), simply let customers know instead of putting disgusting ingredients into an expensive salad. The young lady working Thursday June 15 at noon was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. Gorgeous customer service, she made the bowls so quickly and my husband and I agree they were literally the best bowls we’ve ever had!! (Sesame and Buddha) I come here enough, it’s always good, but today?? Wow.
