I don’t normally write reviews but honestly I got disappointed, the food was frozen and warmed up. I could imagine it was because of the bank holiday . The wine was good though hopefully next time a better experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £100+

Great ambiance and food, albeit slightly unconventional in attempting to serve dessert before the main! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Reflections is a lovely restaurant. It's one of the few places with a relaxed dress code and environment combined with stunning food. We had a choice from a full vegan menu four great choices per course, the first time I've ever seen that. I went for an incredible potato curry pie. The only downside was Becks Blue as the only non alcoholic beer option of the hundreds of excellent brands available, that's easily the worst one. Strange for such an excellent restaurant. But overall super lovely, great service, ace place.

The food is ok but not for the price it has. We had two starters and two mains and 3 out of the 4 dishes were quite weak on taste. Overall quality price is not well balanced. A pitty as the hotel is very nice. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £70–80 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

My dinner experience was unfortunately very disappointing. The service was slow and nearly nonexistent, but the food was even worse. I ordered the “catch of the day,” which I could only manage one bite of because it was bland, dry, and inedible. Given that the dish included three components, with the fish being the largest, I was surprised the waiter didn’t notice I hadn’t touched it. My wife ordered the pork loin, which was also dry and overcooked. With little interaction from the staff, we decided to just pay and leave. The quality of the food was terrible, and the prices were outrageous—I’ve had better service and meals at a fast food restaurant. I definitely won’t be recommending this place to my friends or family.
