I had a wonderful afternoon tea with friends. The service was excellent; the staff was friendly and routinely checked to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful, with ample parking available, and the views are stunning. Overall, I would rate the service and location as a perfect 5. Hotel highlights: luxury. View all feedback.
What Alex Darrell doesn't like about Afternoon Tea At The Alexander House:
£530 paid for a spa suite room for ONE night. Apparently spa means there 's a bathtub in addition to a shower. To be fair the bathroom and room are quite big. However, for £530 we get no access to the actual spa/pool That 's £20 extra. Also there 's no phone in room there 's this stupid google hive thing that basically doesn 't work. Building is outdated but service restaurant and facilities good , best time to go is weekdays otherwise might be busy .Enjoyed the massage.
