Domino's Pizza - East Grand Forks

If this is the kind of management Domino's is okay with, they should seriously consider closing this location for good. I spoke to Sean at the counter, asking for a refund and for my food to be remade—this shouldn't have been a tough request to fulfill, especially since I drove all the way there because my calls went unanswered. When I arrived, the staff was just standing around, which made it even more frustrating. As a former employee at this location and the Emerado location, I can say there's no excuse for this kind of service. Again, I urge you to stay away from this place. I sincerely hope the owners are made aware of this situation, as I know they take pride in their establishments and would be disheartened to hear about my experience.

I strongly advise against eating or ordering from this restaurant! A gentleman named Joey, who is dating Athena the manager, was rude to me. He called me names like "fat" and told me to eat a salad after I complained about my cold food. The supplier left my order outside in the snow, even though I requested contactless delivery. I told Sean, the man at the counter, that I wanted a refund and a fresh order, which shouldn’t be too much to ask, especially since no one was answering the phones when I called! When I went to the restaurant, everyone inside was unhelpful for no reason. As a former employee at this location in Emerado, I find this behavior completely unacceptable. I really hope the owners see this because I know they take great pride in their business and would not be pleased to hear about my experience. Please, don’t eat here!

I initially wrote a negative review because I thought my order had been forgotten since it was past 1 AM. However, Nicholas went above and beyond by staying late to deliver my pizza, and he was incredibly polite. The food was delicious, and I definitely plan to order from there again. I also want to apologize for my earlier review and thank Nicholas for his excellent service and kindness. Hard workers like him are the reason we keep coming back to Domino's on the East Side!
