Top Point Cafe - East Gosford

I don't know what happened to this previously decent Cafe. The coffee was decent but the food was awful we also had mustard on our chicken burgers for some odd reason! . The environment does not feel at all relaxed either these days. We will continue to support the Gardens and Gallery but will now avoid the cafe.

The gardens and art gallery are always worth a visit.

I did not have a high expectation for this place, but when I ate the Crispy Lamb Salad, my mind was blown.I never eat salad. But this one caught my eye, and my God was it delicious. I will travel 2 hours to come back here and eat that salad. Please order that salad.

What's happened! We have been here at least 5 times in the past 12 monthsand each visit was an enjoyable experience. Today was a disaster!! Staff got orders mixed up with another table. My dish arrived within a minute of sitting down turns out it was meant for another customer who told me had been waiting ages for his food Meanwhile my husband had to sit and wait for his meal. I ordered barramundi fish pie and I had to send it back to the kitchen pastry was microwaved, soggy and greasy. Has the cafe changed chefs or management!???

Delicious breakfast. We had French toast with berries and banana fritters. Yum. The service needs to be improved though. On both occasions we were there people who arrived after us had their orders taken first which was annoying. We also dined in for lunch and that was pretty good too.
