The food was so good and great portions. I had the seafood risotto and it was perfect. We also had one of the frozen cocktails outside and it was a perfect dessert View all feedback.
What Nihanna Nihanna doesn't like about Max410 At The Waters Edge:
I made a reservation for my sister's birthday two weeks in advance. Unfortunately, they canceled my reservation because I missed their confirmation call. Despite calling them back within 30 minutes, they informed me that they could no longer accommodate us. This left me scrambling to find an alternative venue for my sister's birthday celebration on a busy Saturday in July. I am deeply disappointed by their failure to... View all feedback.
We continue to enjoy the food and setting at Max 410, and previously as The River’s Edge Lighthouse. The waitstaff, not so much. Recent lunch with Andrea as server was lacking due to her never checking back to ask how our food was, not even thanking us when she brought the check, and generally appearing bothered. One of their managers, Sue’s response, was that she’s been there 10 years, and maybe she was having a bad day. Sorry, that’s not a justification for bad service. Sounds like she needs a job change.
Service was fantastic thank you Pat ? food was phenomal !!
Stopped in for happy hour and enjoyed a 1/2 dozen oysters and a few glasses of wine. Staff were busy but still attentive. I’d like to back when the patio is open as the river view is very nice.
Service was bad. Sat for over 10 min without anyone coming to our table (it was not super busy) order taken then another waiter came over and said we were seated at his table. Our food came out and he never came to check how it was. My salmon was over cooked and very fishy. The smashed potatoes and vegetables were bland with no seasoning. We finally asked someone to get him, he come over and by that time my husband was finished and I had eaten the scallops which were good. They did take the salmon off but the meal still cost $32. I don't like to complain but when you are paying their high prices you would like a good meal with good service.
I ordered the wasabi crusted tuna which was cooked perfectly and delicious but unfortunately had no wasabi at all anywhere on the tuna or on the plate leaving it rather flat. My husband had the seafood 410 which was presented well but also rather bland. The scallops were not seared at all. We will try it again, very nice atmosphere staff was very attentive and the wine was good.
