What Brody Block doesn't like about Tomodachi:
The food was pretty good. Not amazing, but worth a look when you are in wasting Japanese food. The Wait staff was very helpful and friendly, but the restaurant itself is very small. We had a table of 12 and confined itself to a small area near the kitchen. They had no shrimp, though it was on the menu, which was disappointing, but the Buta Gyoza and Okonomiyaki were highlights. While some customers found the food to be fresh and well-presented, others were disappointed by the lack of authenticity in the dishes. The restaurant's small size and limited menu selection were also points of concern for some diners. However, there were positive remarks about the friendly wait staff and cozy atmosphere. Overall, Tomodachi seems to cater to a range of tastes, offering traditional Japanese dishes as well as options that are more accessible to those unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine. The restaurant's bento boxes were highlighted as a particular crowd-pleaser.
