Went for dinner with friends Saturday night.Dinner was lovely, waitress very prompt and provided great service. Menu was not extensive in options but there was something on there for everyone's tastebuds. All meals were great and cocktails yummy.Great industrial vibe feel.Did get busier towards the end of dinner with a lot of young people. What User doesn't like about The Inn Hotel:
Was called the Bush inn is now the inn and went 3 times when it was bush in and stopped as the food was not up to much and venue was far to loud. So when we heard it has change to the inn the group decided to try out again.Lighting was so poor we could not read menu properly and seating had a long table with tall stools we had a U cubical and 2 and table was to high.The group ordered a surf and turf with only one paw... It isn't quite traditional. Then it's quite loud. Probably fun for the 20's.
In complete honesty, this was not a great experience. Firstly, we were told when we booked that this was a wheelchair friendly bar and then we arrived and were told that we couldn't get in unless we went through the back gate. This set a completely unprofessional tone for the evening. Then we ordered our food, which not only took a while to get the menu from the service team but also when the orders came out were not what we asked for from the level that the steaks were cooked to having the completely incorrect dish be served. Then we ordered a long island ice tea for our friend in the wheelchair who could not actually come up and order herself...which took over 30 minutes to get to the table. This was the most disappointing and prompted us to leave. The music really good, a little too loud as we couldn't hear each other talk and it was very cold and due to having a wheelchair and it not being a wheelchair friendly venue we couldn't sit inside. I hope this helps to give some constructive feedback.
Food took a long time. Asked for the starters to come out before mains and they ended up coming out after. Staff brought out the wrong fish and made no effort to correct it.
Wow absolutely fantastic staff were so friendly and super fast on always attending our table to check we had our glasses charged the food and cocktails were super delicious. Def getting another group together for Friday night drinks. Cheers guys :
We booked as we were told there was a band Last sunday night for dinner my friend went there to arrive tonight to the band finished and had been playing all day aparently so we decided not to stay there and went elsewhere the place was Cold open and to big we felt uncomfortable it wasnt cosy at all
