Have visited the Elephant several times for steak night and it's been okay. Went out with some friends on Friday night. Service was hit and miss but the food was terrible. I had Barramundi with coconut rice and red curry sauce. The skin of the fish was so salty that it was inedible. The rice was soggy and over cooked with just a hint of coconut. I just had the best Seafood Linguine ever. A very generous serving of fresh prawns, muscles and scallops. Perfect mix of chilli and garlic. Great flavours and delivered with great service.
Back again for the wonderful warm and welcoming vibe of the E and C. I shared some delicious food and drinks, with a couple of friends in the restaurant dining area. It was easy to order and the staff were helpful and friendly. The Duka encrusted salmon was delicious. Will definitely continue returning.
Great decor, fantastic service. Food was pretty good, if a bit pricey. Garlic bread for $10.50! Saganaki that was WAY too salty. Great Seafood crepe Overall a good night out, but will look for better value for money next time.
We went there on sunday without booking and enjoyed a wonderful lunch. The beef sunday roast was top quality and a very generous serve was offered. The staff here are very pleasant and are attentive to the customer's needs. We were staying in nearby East Geelong as a vantage point for the TAC ride . A really nice pub to chill out in.
Went for Sunday Lunch with 8 friends. Love the venue, the photos an the walls, outstanding. Food was really yummy, most of us had the Sunday Roast. Good space between tables. We were in the bistro, but the garden looked really. Ice too. Highly recommended
