The staff seemed confused and mistakenly handed our ordered donuts to the person in front of us. When we reached the window, they informed us that they were out of the donuts we wanted. It's frustrating that they mismanaged our order like that.
New employee did not know how to reload money onto my app on phone.
Heard someone working there behind the counter say something about the ice machine being full of mold! Inquired a bit and learned about the lazy and unfair management. Will only stop by the Starbucks next to this location from now on for coffee because this Dunkin’s employees are overworked and tired. Get your together, Julia.
