Dunkin' - East Dundee

I order hot coffee with caramel cream and sugar but first they gave me a cold coffee then they gave me a coffee with not caramel and no cream no sugar. When I asked the employee he said there is everything in the coffee. It was so bitter and it ruined myBlack Friday Holiday.????

They are now charging full price for half cups, which is disappointing.

This restaurant has a problem with making drinks. I have ordered drinks at other Dunkin' locations before, but I have given this particular Dunkin' too many chances. Every time I go, my coffee is watered down and lacks the caramel flavoring that I always request.

I ordered a large strawberry milkshake and discovered that the strawberries used were moldy. I actually bit into a strawberry that had mold on it, which was very disgusting. When I called to inform them, the girl had the audacity to suggest that maybe I was tasting chocolate instead. My stomach is in so much pain.

I went in to get a smoothie or something of the sort. I got a featured drink that as soon as I tasted it, I knew something wasn't right. It didn't taste good at all. When I went back in the girl I spoke to looked at my drink and said I don't thinkthey made it right. She could tell by the cor of the drink. She made me a new one and it was much better. So, just taste yourdrink before you leave,,, just in case. Otherwise, it's all good and what you can expect from a Dunkin. Enjoy. ????????
