Costa Coffee - Feedback

I had a black forest hoe chocolate for which it should die.

Had a nice flat white, when barista himself was the coffee excellent, and latte art is not easy to master, but it also looked beautiful.

Staff were very helpful. Can’t fault them at all. Staff explained the difference between a filter an Americano (I know, I’m such an amateur).
