Received... read more Having been recommended to try this fish and chip shop , we followed suggestion. The shop was bright and clean, order taken quickly, price reasonable. Received order in reasonable time. When dished up the fish looked and later tasted fabulous however the chips left the side down badly they looked and tasted greasy which spoilt the impression for us

So i was anticipating good fish and... read more After reading good reviews went here for the first time tonight. The premises were bright and modern and the staff pleasant. So i was anticipating good fish and chips. What a shame although chips cooked well the fish was overwhelmed with very thick batter. So my large haddock was in reality small. My wife did worse one third of her cod was just thick batter. So not good value and we felt cheated. If i had lived nearer i would have gone back. So not sure if we will return.

This was our first visit to this restaurant and it definitely won't be our last!
