I left the tram where it was finished for a light lunch. Overall, lunch was good, although in any case specializing in certain items such as creamtee. I had a plow and it was easy. only real critique was the size of the waiting queue to order....Although food is delivered, everything else is collection and that was a fairly long process when busy. but the workers were beautiful and defo a visit at the end of a journe... What paulvlangford doesn't like about The Tramstop:
I would recommend avoiding the tea cakes at this restaurant. During my visit today with my wife and 80-year-old mother, we enjoyed drinks and snacks such as tea, filter coffee, and hot chocolate. The large, warm sausage rolls were delicious, but the toasted tea cake was a disappointment. Unfortunately, my mom's tea cake arrived burnt and inedible. View all feedback.
Clean and well presented, enjoyed our visit. the staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. would be visited in the near future. 5*

Absolutely delicious creamtees! the scene are huge and much saw and jam is included. everything is very well cooked and things are friendly. the prices are also appropriate. also a beautiful gift shop next door
I couldn't praise this place high enough! it's a bit tardis like, there's a lot more room inside than they'd think. I've been here twice, both inside and outside. a couple of weeks ago I had the day breakfast and wow, it was great. hot, nicely cooked and perfect. and not expensive! I wish I had this place closer to where I lived. if I lived closer, I would be there all the time. here is a terrible confession, I also had cakes after the whole day breakfast, and although I could hardly walk afterwards, this meal was the best thing I had all week.
Booked a return trip from Seaton to Colyton on the tram. Arrived at The Tramstop café at about 1230 and went in for a snack. My wife had a Latte coffee and I had tea. Food consisted of Toasted sandwiches Brie and Cranberry and cheese...and ham. both nicely cooked and came with a small side salad and some crisp's. really enjoyed . Covid precautions in place and plenty of room. Service very good. did have a sign that they were short of staff so might be a delay in the food, but we did not find any problem. walked into the village of Colyton after about a 10 minute walk and then caught tram back to Seaton
