we went to swan Saturday night and since I had to think recently gluten/Oat/dairy free, I would have a limited menu choice. at the request was said to choose what they want from menu and cook it will fit, they had even made gluten-free pasta available and a very pleasant meal it was like the other 5 meal times on our table. a great thank you and well made swan on excellent eating and service.
