The staff were incredibly friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed my Salcombe Milk ice cream.

Susannah's excelled and delighted us with the food and their serv... read more Booked an afternoon tea for 20 people to take away on Sunday for a 95th Birthday Garden Party. Susannah's excelled and delighted us with the food and their service. Everything was beautifully packed and portions were generous. Scones were absolutely delicious and cheese scones were amazing. Orange and chocolate brownie was to die for! We also had scotch eggs, honey and mustard sausages and everything else you'd expect in an afternoon tea! Would highly recommend Susannah's. We have also tried the coffee and flapjack and can highly recommend that too! A thoroughly well deserved 5 stars from all of us. Thank you Susannah's.

The customer service was excellent and the food was del... read more I went to this cafe today. Currently, the tearoom is only offering takeout which worked out well for us. The customer service was excellent and the food was delicious. The only downside was that the cheese used was processed instead of cheddar, but we will definitely come back here again.
