The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to bring out a birthday cake with sparkler candles. The family had a fantastic time bowling. The venue had a great atmosphere, with neon lights creating a pleasant ambiance. The toilets were clean, making for a comfortable afternoon/evening well spent.

We paid £14.95 each and expected better quality. No staff checked in on us during our meal, which was surprising. We have had great meals there before, so it's a bit inconsistent. Hopefully, you have better luck if you decide to eat there.

The children enjoyed a lengthy session of soft play followed by the potions class, which they thoroughly enjoyed. They were captivated by the process of making the potions and were delighted to take home their creations in bottles. The amusing labels on the potions made them laugh, and they cherished their certificates. It was definitely one of their favorite days during the half term break. The event was well organized and offered great value for money. Despite being a busy time due to half term, the soft play area was not chaotic. We had brought headphones just in case it got too loud, but they were not needed. We even booked an extra soft play session because the kids did not want to leave, as they were having such a fantastic time. We have been patrons of Ocean soft play for some time now, as it is always clean and well-maintained. It is our preferred soft play venue in Devon. We have attended numerous family events at Ocean and particularly enjoy the Family Fridays, which are affordable and full of silly fun. The events are always well-organized and we appreciate the bonus of being able to sleep in on Saturday mornings after attending.

The... read more Worked with Ocean to deliver a business community event and feel that Jimi, Sandra, chef Ross and team did a fantastic job and really cared about the event. They were supportive in the preparation and proactive with dealing with inevitable teething issues on the night, for an evenr with over 160 guests. The food was lovely and great value; the venue was brilliant, with beautiful sea views. We use the venue for our student events too and thoroughly recommend.

How... read more I was part of a team putting on a corporate event here. To be honest, I wasn't expecting to be blown away as large catered events are sometimes a bit beige. However, I have to say that the team at Ocean excelled themselves. The food was great, served professionally and efficiently and portion sizes were good. The prawn cocktail I had was generously sized and tasty, and the following courses of chicken and gluten free chocolate cake didn't disappoint either. Others at my table also commented on how good the food was. The room was beautifully laid out and felt welcoming which can be a challenge with a big space. It was obvious that the whole team at Ocean took great pains to deliver a great night and I spoke to many at the event who said how good it was. Well done to the team at Ocean. You did us proud!
