Fantastic in every way food, service, atmosphere. Food tastes just like homemade, the staff are friendly, efficient, attentive (contrary to a previous review, they absolutely do *not* 'faff ' at all! and the setting is really lovely they don 't cram the tables in, it doesn 't get overly noisy thanks to the high ceilings and the general vibe is very relaxed, like being in someone 's fabulous living room. What more could you ask for?
This is a fabulous place! All the ladies working here are so friendly and helpful. The lunch prepared for my sister and I was totally delicious and served quickly .L’image also sells nice homeware and women’s clothes. Highly recommend!
The tea was good, but the coffee was very weak. There were too many staff members milling about, even more than there were customers.
The best coffee in East Devon can be found at this charming restaurant with a beautiful garden. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. We also made a few purchases from their stylish clothing and homeware selection. Overall, a delightful spot that we will definitely be visiting again soon.
Web site and trip advisor both say open on a Monday. This is very irritating particularly if it is your birthday treat. NO NOT TRUE
