We all had a different flavour soup and cheese scones, fol... read more Two girlfriends and myself went to the Launchpad Cafe for lunch today and it was a lovely experience. We all had a different flavour soup and cheese scones, followed by cake which was absolutely wonderful. My choice was a freshly baked Dundee cake made by the very talented Mark (who should enter for Bake Off) it was still warm when it came to the table, so delicious in fact that I bought two more pieces to bring home. My girlfriends had the lemon drizzle cake which was also delicious. Without hesitation I can highly recommend a visit.

They offer daily specials and my friend and I frequent this place often because it is so enjoyable. We have come for breakfast, lunch, and even afternoon tea, and the staff always go above and beyond to accommodate us. On our most recent visit, we had a tuna mayonnaise jacket potato followed by a mouthwatering chocolate fudge cake. I highly recommend this cafe.

I returned with a friend for... read more I had a wonderful experience at this charming cafe. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the menu had a nice variety of options. I returned with a friend for breakfast and once again, we were impressed. We tried their breakfast special - Eggy crumpets with mushroom, bacon, and green salad topped with a poached egg - and it was delicious. We also couldn't resist taking home a slice of their delicious Victoria sponge with fresh strawberries. This place is truly amazing and I highly recommend it.
